Summer, like Autumn, is a season of faded colors, so Soft Autumn's colors are even more muted than other Autumns'. However, Summer is a light season, so Soft Autumn's colors never go as dark as Warm or Deep Autumn's.
Summer is a season of cool colors in color analysis, so Summer's proximity to Soft Autumn means Soft Autumn lacks the very warmest colors, such as flaming orange, that one usually associates with Autumn.
Light Spring's colors, though, are delicate and bright - Easter eggs - while Soft Autumn's are soft and faded, like fallen leaves.
You may also be confused for a Soft Summer. There are several colors that clearly distinguish these two seasons; here's an article that discusses two of them.
