Contrast
As a Bright Winter, the natural level of color contrast in your body is high. Your light colors look very light and your dark colors look very dark.
In order for you to express your true beauty, simply wearing your Bright Winter colors is not enough; you need to repeat your natural level of contrast in your color combinations.
The obvious way to create contrast is to pair very light colors with very dark colors. But this may not be enough contrast for you. Simple black and white, for example, probably won't be exciting enough for your coloring.
You'll look even better if you create contrast by pairing dramatically different hues. Pair black with lemon yellow instead, or try hot pink with teal.

80% Cool, 20% Warm
Bright Winter is the edge of Winter, where it meets Spring. This means your natural colors are mostly cool but a you do have some warmth.
Even when you've chosen colors from your palette, a look may feel "off" if it's completely cool. You can provide balance, then, with gold accessories or warmer makeup.
A look may also feel wrong if you've chosen only warm colors from your palette. In this case, replace a warm item with a cool one.
